All emails and the email data that these contain is stored automatically in our email system (in the same way that our emails to you are automatically stored in your email system until you delete them). We do not keep a purpose made storage system (for customer details) of any type other than the email programme mentioned immediately previously. We do not keep a database of names and email addresses either.
We dislike spam as much as you do and have no reason or intention to use your personal details in this fashion or to sell these to other companies for such purposes. Anyone is free to personally investigate our email storage system onsite on request, here in Leith, Edinburgh, Scotland. We use Microsoft Outlook, latest version.
If you would like us to delete all of your data please send us an email - info at self-hypnosis dot scot (to confuse the bots there's no hyphen between info and hypnosis and use the @ sign instead of the letters 'at' [and take all the spaces out]).
